Orange run

Last week complete the 9km orange run in 65 mins-very slow,

its been long time dint run, need to up my training before sundown marathon.

I was suppose to have product shoot on sat morning crash with this model shooting, but lucky on friday the customer call and ask to change the date to sunday morning. Apa tunggu lagi? grab my newly purchase light stand + umbrella and go shooting.

KL International 21k

since last year june i did not do any serious training,
the tummy getting bigger,
leg getting smaller,
getting older,
breathing also cannot syn with body,
anyway completed in 3h 2mins,
worse half marathon timing for me,
yee hua said with that timing can do full marathon de...
ok ok ok its time to get new rubber and start training,
i dont wan eat dust in this coming Sundown marathon
