RMAF run photos

Last few day manage to borrow my fren zoom lense 75-300mm to test out. Its a trial and error for me coz i never shoot sport photos before. My biggest mistake was i dint took off the CPL filter, no wonder the photo look dark and i had to use ISO 1600 to brighten up and keep the shutter speed high. Anyway i have fun taking sport photos.

Orange run

Last week complete the 9km orange run in 65 mins-very slow,

its been long time dint run, need to up my training before sundown marathon.
