run

last nite did 4.98 km run at 44mins

this morning suppose to cover 5km run, but rain, got back to sleep =p
anway this evening have to run.
today weight 79kg, target=below70kg,
9 kg to go...

16--03-09 run

23mins none stop run,
1st 5mins i feel my knee got little bit pain, but the pain gone away for the rest of my run,
maybe i dint warm up properly.

on wed have to drag my fat ass to run,
else i hardly see my toe while i standing,
cover about 3km in 26mins,
at least i run. =p

running again....

its been long time dint blog,
thanks to facebook haha...
anyway today is my 1st run for the year,
about 2km, maybe a good start,
just hope no more injury this year to set me back,
:)

finger thumb pain...

Wake up at 5:30am and reach the venue before 6:30am, start taking photos until 2pm, then prepare slideshow and burn on to DVD, by the time I burn the DVD is time for me to go to take wedding dinner photos. Start at 6:30pm until 11pm. Reach home about 12am, backing up the photos, put batteries to recharge and sleep about 1am. It was very tiring. I been doing it for 2 days!!!( Sat and Sun) by the end of 2nd day i was drop death when i reach home. Direct sleep without taking bath, without backing up my photos and dint charge my batteries. Well next day still wake up to do 9am-6pm full time work. Life go on... now is friday my thumb still pain... phobia of holding the camera now...
