Special Thanks to Tony and Gangs for organizing a marathon and duathlon training at putrajaya last sunday. And thanks to erl who invite me to the training... i only did 10km run, 10km cycle and 5km run, its ok for me since i just come back for training, and lost most of my endurance, so slowly gain back is better than get injury again...
